Discovery

Kick-off call, brief audit, audience interviews if relevant. We re-write the brief in our voice and you sign off - that becomes the contract for the work.

2–3 weeks

Concept & script

Two to three concept routes, each with a script and a visual mood. One round of feedback, one round of refinement. We do not split the difference between routes - pick one.

3–8 weeks

Production

Storyboard, design, animation or shoot, sound, score, grade. Weekly review calls; you see every milestone. No surprises, no “big reveal” at the end.

1 week

Delivery

Master file, all the cutdowns, all the ratios, captioned versions, social-safe edits. Plus a usage doc: where each version is meant to live and for how long.
